A free 15-minute discovery call is your chance to ask questions, share what’s been going on, and determine whether our approach is the right fit for you. This is a no-pressure conversation designed to provide clarity before committing to care.
During the call, you’ll speak directly with a doctor who will:
• Listen to your current concerns and goals
• Explain how we approach rehab and performance
• Help you decide on the most appropriate next step
Our goal is simple: to help you feel better, move better, and perform better—using a thoughtful, individualized approach that goes beyond quick fixes.
Sports Chiropractic & Rehab (Established Patients)
Sports chiropractic and rehab at Great North Athletics is built around movement, not quick fixes. Each visit includes ongoing assessment and individualized care based on how you move, train, and respond to treatment over time.
Sessions typically combine rehab exercises, chiropractic adjustments and dry needling (when appropriate), soft tissue work, and education — always selected with the goal of improving function, building resilience, and supporting long-term performance.
Runner Assessments & Coaching
Running-specific care and coaching designed to help you stay healthy, train smarter, and perform at a higher level.
This category is for runners of all levels—whether you’re dealing with pain or injury, looking to improve efficiency and performance, or interested in structured run coaching. Services within this section focus on understanding how you move, train, and load your body, then applying that information to build durability and long-term progress.

Golf Performance & Injury (TPI)
Golf-specific assessments and training support designed to help you play more comfortably and perform at a higher level.
This category is for golfers dealing with pain, stiffness, or recurring issues—or golfers who want to improve mobility, power, and consistency. Our TPI-based process evaluates how your body and swing work together using targeted mobility and movement testing, golf-specific screening, and (when appropriate) swing characteristics review.
You’ll leave with a clear plan that may include corrective exercises, mobility work, strength recommendations, and next-step programming to help you feel better, move better, and play your best.
Specialty Assessments
Specialty Assessments are focused evaluations for a specific problem area (example: shoulder pain) or recurring movement limitation.
These appointments are designed for people who want a deeper dive than a standard visit. We use targeted testing and movement assessment to identify what’s driving your symptoms, then outline a clear plan for next steps—whether that’s rehab, treatment, programming, or a follow-up pathway.

Performance Training
Personal training and small group training sessions begin with a thorough assessment which involves evaluating a clients' current fitness level, skills, movement capabilities, and discussing personal goals. A personalized training program will then be developed for either small group or personal training sessions and each clients progress will be followed, monitor, and reevaluated throughout their fitness journey.
